Welcome Solutions offers customer support from the first contact through to the point where debts are fully repaid. Key aspects of our service include:

• Free phone numbers - unlike many other companies, we do not move clients onto premium rate numbers once they become an established client.

• Freepost address - All clients are welcome to send us any creditor letters by using our Freepost address - completely free of charge.

• Live Chat facility - Our Live Chat facility is available to all new clients as well as existing clients. This is especially useful for those who cannot speak due to a work environment, family members that are unaware of the situation, or for those who just prefer to communicate in this way.

• Access to all departments -  When you become a client of Welcome Solutions you will be able to communicate with all departments - such as accounts, administration, and of course your personal advisor.

• Conference calls - If at any time you are uneasy about letters sent to you by a creditor, we are more than happy to place a conference call to that creditor. You will not be required to enter into the conversation, but this will demonstrate transparency, and should help enormously to demonstrate our commitment to achieving results for you as quickly as possible.

• Open until 8.00pm - We understand that many people are unable to contact us during the day, and so  have advisors available until 8.00pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. We are also available until 1pm on Saturday.

• Monthly Account Statements - Every month a statement is sent to you by your preferred method, be it post or email, keeping you informed and giving you a record of your payments.

• Settling Accounts - We offer a Full and Final Reduced Settlement service. Many creditors  will accept a much lower amount than the full outstanding balance -  in some cases reducing the debt by up to 60%.

• Post Debt Management - After paying off your debts Welcome Solutions does not lose sight of the fact that you may wish to apply for credit or Mortgage/Remortgage - we will continue to be a source of advice helping you as much as we can.
